A LOOK INTO THE LIFE OF ANTONELLA CRESCIMBENI
Antonella Crescimbeni loves capturing moments.
Even though she came to Penn State to study fine art photography, she picked up a double major in photojournalism her sophomore year. But she prefers photojournalism, and a moment that confirmed that for her was covering the Penn State-Ohio State football game last season.
“I could feel the ground shaking,” Crescimbeni said. “That’s when I realized I love what I do.”
The senior has been the photo editor for The Daily Collegian, an independent student-run newspaper at Penn State, for a year.
Her dream job is to be a photographer for the White House when she’s older. When she’s really old — “hip replacement and knee replacement” old — she’d like to become a sports photographer for a university. Crescimbeni said she wants to end her career saying she’s been able to meet different people and experience as much as possible.
